Buying a puppy
How do I buy a puppy from you?
Choose a puppy (each one's price is on its page), request its information pack (both parents' health results and the contract arrive by email in minutes), meet the puppy and its mother on a live video call, then reserve with a refundable deposit. The balance is due at handover, when we deliver the puppy or you collect.
Which breeds do you sell?
French Bulldog, Cavapoo and Poodle puppies, all raised in our home in Waxhaw, NC. We keep the list short so every parent can be health tested properly before breeding.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes. Change your mind within two weeks of reserving and the deposit comes back in full — no restocking fee, no admin charge.
Can I visit and meet the parents?
Yes, by appointment at our home in Waxhaw, NC. If you can't travel, we'll show you the puppy and its mother on a live video call before you pay anything.
Price & what's included
How much does a puppy cost?
Our puppies currently range: French Bulldogs $4,400–$7,175, Cavapoos $2,450–$4,500, Poodles $3,500–$4,800. Every puppy's price is shown on its own page; it varies by breed, colour, coat, size and sex, and nothing is added afterwards except optional delivery.
What's included in the price?
A full vet exam, vaccinations to date, deworming, microchip registration, the puppy's records and our written health guarantees. Delivery is the only optional extra, quoted before you pay.
Health & guarantees
Are the parents health tested?
Yes, every parent before every mating. Tests depend on the breed — for example OFA cardiac, patella and eye exams and Embark DNA panels — and results come from the testing body, not from us. Each breed page lists its tests.
What health guarantee do your puppies come with?
Three. A 10-day health guarantee — have your own vet examine the puppy within ten days, and if they find a congenital problem you choose a full refund or treatment up to the purchase price. A 2-year genetic guarantee for hereditary conditions diagnosed before the second birthday. And a lifetime take-back: if you ever can't keep the dog, they come back to us at no fee.
Delivery
Do you deliver puppies to my state?
Yes — to all 50 states and DC. Within about 600 miles of Waxhaw, NC a staff member drives the puppy to your door; further away, a flight nanny flies with the puppy in the cabin and hands over at your nearest major airport.
Do you ship puppies as air cargo?
Never. Cargo is the riskiest way to move a puppy, and short-nosed breeds like French Bulldogs are banned from it. Our puppies travel by road with a staff member or in the cabin with a flight nanny.
How much does delivery cost?
It depends on the method and your address, so we quote it per puppy in the information pack, before you pay anything. Collecting in person is free.
Safety
How do I know you're not a puppy scam?
Check four things on any breeder, including us: a live video call with the puppy and its mother, a licence you can look up (ours is USDA #43-A-0912), payment details sent from the breeder's own domain and confirmed by phone, and photos that don't turn up elsewhere in a reverse-image search. Our payment details only come from an @petbuddyhub.com address.
