We sometimes ask for a video tour or in-person visit if a dog has special requirements. Most adoptions don't require it.
Yes. The agreement covers humane care, returning the dog to us if you can't keep them, and our follow-up check-ins.
Bring the dog back. No fee, no judgment. We'd much rather find the right fit on the second try than lose track of one of our dogs.
